1. What services do you offer?
We specialize in mobile brake pad and rotor replacement. We also inspect calipers, hardware, and fluid levels. Diagnosis-only visits are available if you're unsure what's wrong.
2. Do you come to my location?
Yes. We service most of King and Snohomish Counties. Home, work, or safe parking lot—we bring certified brake repair directly to you.
3. Do you offer same-day service?
Not at this time. Appointments are scheduled after you submit a service request through our online form.
4. How do I book an appointment?
Fill out our short booking form. We’ll review your request, confirm service coverage, and send you with a link with available appointment times.
5. How long does the repair take?
Most brake and rotor replacements take under 1 1/2 hour per axle. Time may vary based on vehicle, condition, and hardware.
6. What vehicles do you service?
We work on most cars, trucks, and SUVs—foreign and domestic. We don’t currently service heavy-duty or commercial vehicles.
7. How do I pay?
We accept credit/debit cards, mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and digital invoices via Square. Payment is due at the time of service.
8. Do you offer warranties?
Yes. We offer a 90-day workmanship guarantee. Parts may also carry manufacturer warranties depending on what is used.
9. What if it’s raining or snowing?
Work must be done in a safe and relatively flat place. If conditions aren’t suitable, we’ll reschedule with you.
10. Is your technician certified?
Yes. Our lead technician holds SAE brake system certification and has hands-on experience across a wide range of vehicles.
